70Model Features
MB70 Modular House is a modern modular home developed by MB Home, offering 70 m² of living space within dimensions of 7 × 10 metres. Its spacious and well-balanced layout functionally combines the living room, open-plan kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. MB70 provides a comfortable solution for family living, holiday homes, detached residences and tourism projects.
The steel load-bearing structure, wall, roof and floor components are manufactured under controlled factory conditions at MB World Group’s production facilities. Insulation layers and interior and exterior finishes are applied to large-format building panels. Once completed, the panels are transported to the project site using a flat-pack delivery system and assembled according to the designated installation plan.
