MB55 Modular House

The MB55 Modular House is a modern, single-storey modular home developed by MB Home, measuring 10 × 5.5 metres and offering a total living area of 55 m². Its functional, family-friendly layout brings together a master bedroom, a children’s bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room on one level.

Positioned at the heart of the home, the spacious living room provides a comfortable shared area for everyday life and entertaining guests. The kitchen features a practical layout that integrates naturally with the living area. With one master bedroom and one children’s bedroom, the two-bedroom floor plan meets the needs of small families looking for a permanent residence or holiday home. Having all living spaces on a single level also ensures easy and comfortable use throughout the house.

The steel load-bearing structure, wall, roof and floor components of the MB55 are manufactured under controlled factory conditions at MB World Group’s production facilities. Insulation layers and interior and exterior finishes are applied to large-format building panels. Once completed, the components are transported to the project site using an efficient flat-pack system and assembled according to the designated installation plan.
